Subject to these terms, we offer refunds of 10% if you're not satisfied with your cleaning and do not wish for it to be redone at no additional cost to you.

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning please let the cleaning professional know before they leave so that they can possibly fix the issue and if at that point you still are not satisfied you can call or text me with your name & address and I will try to help resolve the issue or refund 10% of your cleaning fee ...

We will not issue refunds if you are just not satisfied with the cleaner due to race, sex , or origin... If that is the issue please just contact me and I will send someone else or just cancel your appointment Thank You for the opportunity to service your home...
